The warming and cooling effect of the oils freezes throbbing and pain, reduces tension and nausea and has been proven to reduce severity and duration of headaches.

A word of caution: This is a pure blend and is very strong. Avoid sensitive skin and eye areas. If product causes irritation, do not rinse with water (this will make it absorb quicker) instead, use a fat based oil such as olive or coconut and gently massage into area then wipe with a cloth. Repeat as needed.
Also works great to increase the scent of your bubu bag, simply dab on the corners of the bag after heating.
